Returns

Return Policy: You may return any unused + unopened product for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must unused and be in its original condition, all packing must be intact, and all shrink bands must be in original condition. Please note, we do not accept back opened or used merchandise.

To initiate the return process:

1. email us at info@russellorganics.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

2. We will reply with the RMA# and return instructions. Please note that we do not refund any postage or duties paid. The return postage is your responsibility.

3. Once we receive back the merchandise, we will inspect it for approval. If the return is declined for return approval, we will be given the option to receive the items back for a nominal shipping charge.

4. Once approved for return, a credit will be issued back to the payment method used for purchase, in the amount paid for the returned item(s). The fund transfer occurs within 10 business days.
