One of the great things about the range of products offered by Russell Organics is the vast number of natural, botanical ingredients that are so effective for use as beauty products. To be able to achieve a maximized health of skin and hair without the use of harmful chemical toxins is simply a marvelous thing. The best part is that the natural botanicals work better than their synthetic counterparts. This has led us to be the leader in the 'Clean Beauty' movement.
One of the botanical products we would like to highlight today is our organic Camellia Oil. Camellia Oil can be used on skin or hair to achieve excellent results. Our Camellia Oil is an organic, cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the Camellia Japonica plant. This oil has been used for centuries for beauty use and is prized for its ability to nourish and nurture the complexion.
Because the oil is rich in Essential Fatty Acids it has a remarkable ability to fortify the skin tone and promotes elasticity. Camellia Oil is non-comedogenic, making it suitable for oily, acne prone skin.
For hair care, the oil can be used to nourish the scalp and to tame split-ends. Simply add a few drops by rubbing through towel-dried hair and style as usual. You will notice the hair has luster and sheen.
This variety of Camellia Oil is also known as Tsubaki Oil. Our Camellia Oil product only has one ingredient in the bottle - organic Camellia Oil. The two ounce bottle will last up to two months with regular use on skin and hair.
For skin care, simply apply a few drops onto the skin rubbing in gentle circles and allow to absorb. If you apply too much, simply wipe away with a tissue. Camellia Oil can be used before a skin moisturizer for extra effect.
